Quality of Goods
Q: Will I receive goods of inferior quality?
A: Definitely Not. All items sold on Seventh Heaven Fashion are subjected to stringent quality control. We do not display items which are of inferior quality on our website.

Goods availability
Q: How often does Seventh Heaven Fashion update new designs/colors?
A: Currently we are updating our site every month with new designs and varieties. Please log in frequently to check for new designs.

Q: The item was "In Stock" when I first sent my order. But now it is no longer available. Why? And how is it possible?
A: Our items are only reserved once we receive your payment and updated via our system. No other special considerations.

Q: How long do I have to wait for items which are "Not in Stock" ?
A: We usually do not re-stock items which "sold out" or "not in stock", because we want to offer the latest fashion and trend to all our shoppers.
If you have request for particular "Not in stock" items, send your inquiry to our email jz-sales@hotmail.com, we will source for the items through our Suppliers and get back to you within 3 ~ 4 working days.

Shipping and delivery
Q: What Is a RA number?
A: RA No. refers to Registered Article Number provided to us by Singpost. It allows customers to login to Singpost website to track the status of their delivery. This number will only be given to orders with Registered Mail as its delivery mode.

Q: Does Seventh Heaven Fashion compensate for lost parcels?
A: We do not compensate or perform refunds for lost parcels sent via normal mail postage. However, we do have a compensation model of up to 60% of items' value for lost parcels via registered mail.

Q: How long does it takes to delivery items I have ordered?
A: Items that are in stock will be processed and delivered on the next working day, once we receive the full payment.
Depending on the mode of delivery chosen by customer, it usually takes 1 - 3 working days.
If you need your items urgently please let us know, so that we can make special arrangements.
Q: My Order Status Is Delivered And I Have Not Receive My Goods.
A: Please allow 2 - 3 working days from the date of Delivered Status for goods to be delivered to your address.
For delivery via registered mail, please check the status of your delivery with Singpost using the RA number provided to you. In addition, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.
For delivery via normal postage, it is not possible to trace the status of your lost parcel and bothSeventh Heaven Fashion & Singpost do not take responsibilities for such incidents. However, do let us know if such incident does happen.

Payment
Q: I am unable to view my Invoice. Why?
A: Outstanding invoices will be removed from our system when payment is not made or has not been updated within 5 days from date of invoice. We do not re-credit any discounts or rewards used in the invoice.

Q: It has been 2 days since I made payment via Internet Banking / Inter-Bank transfer and it is not reflected on my payment status.
A: Payments made via OCBC, Citibank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, UOB or Maybank takes approximately 2 - 3 working days before it is being reflected on our system. POSB / DBS is our preferred bank used for transactions and will be updated immediately on the day itself.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Q: Can I exchange apparels which does not fit my size?
A: All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. And most of our clothings are free-size or Asian sizing.
We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit customer's size.

Q: My items are defective upon arrival. What should I do?
A: Such incidents are regretful. In such instances, please drop us an email to jz-sales@hotmail.com or contact us directly and provide us your Order No. and the reasons.
